1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, utilizing our preconstruction bidding portal, or submitting request-for-proposal (RFP) documentation to Stalbau Construction Group, LLC ("Stalbau"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
2. Bidding & Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Estimates
All budget numbers, preliminary estimates, and schedule milestones delivered through digital channels are conceptual unless formalized through an executed AIA (American Institute of Architects) or ConsensusDocs contract signed by an authorized officer of Stalbau Group.
3. Digital Plan Room & Model Files
Access to our subcontractor plan room, 3D laser scan point clouds, and Tekla BIM files is granted solely for estimating and constructability coordination. Redistribution, extraction of detailing scripts, or reverse-engineering of Stalbau's proprietary connection details is prohibited.
4. Standard Industry Tolerances
Structural steel fabrication and erection tolerances strictly comply with AISC Code of Standard Practice (AISC 303) and AWS D1.1 Structural Welding Code guidelines.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising under commercial agreements shall be resolved in Denver County District Court.
