We only collect information necessary to perform preconstruction budgeting, structural engineering assessments, and project communication, including:

• Contact Details: Full name, corporate entity, business email address, and direct telephone number.
• Project Documents: Architectural blueprints, Tekla/Revit models, structural calculations, geotechnical reports, and site logistics parameters submitted via our RFP system.
• Technical Analytics: Standard non-identifying browser data, IP addresses, and page interaction metrics to optimize portal performance.

3. Proprietary Blueprint & IP Protection

All drawings, structural models (LOD 400 spools, CAD/NC1 files), and specifications submitted to Stalbau for bidding remain the intellectual property of the submitting owner/architect. Stalbau does not share, publish, or transfer project documents to third parties without prior written non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).

4. How We Utilize Submitted Data

Data provided to Stalbau is strictly utilized for:

• Formulating Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and structural fabrication estimates.
• Scheduling fabrication shop time and field crane equipment.
• Complying with municipal building departments, OSHA reporting, and AISC quality audits.

5. Data Retention & Security

We implement enterprise-grade encrypted storage and multi-factor authentication across all internal preconstruction servers. Inactive estimate files are retained for standard statutory construction defect limitation periods or purged upon owner request.
